Before the product is shipped off, you must read these Terms of Service and agree to the terms and conditions held within.
I will not sell to minors, you must be 18 years of age or older to bid or win any auction I post.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment and shipping
You have 48 hours after an auction ends to contact me about payment and shipping. If I have not received contact within that timeframe, the product will be relisted. All pieces of the product must be paid for in full, including shipping, and any applicable fees, before they will be shipped. We accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. Paypal may be only used for purchases under $1000 except for purchases made outside of the US.
Payment plans
If a payment plan has been agreed upon, payments must be made on time or within 30 days of the agreed upon payment date. If payments are missing or late, you will receive only one warning, and you will be given 7 days to make the missing payment. Please finish reading, but once you are done and if you have won the auction, please reply to my e-mail with the following sentence somewhere in the body of your message: I (your -real- name here) agree to the auction terms of service and will abide by the terms contained in it. Failure to make this payment within the grace period or if another payment is late after the initial warning the contract will be terminated and the product will be relisted with no refund of any sort given.
Refunds and exchanges
There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges accepted once payment has been made.
Safety
Please understand that fursuits and fursuiting/costuming can be a hazard to your health. Costumes have limited vision and airflow and if they are not used with the proper precautions, injuries may occur. By signing these Terms of Service, you understand the risks of wearing a costume, and will not hold me, the costume builder, liable for any injuries you may sustain while wearing the costume.
